Acura "Hey Love"

I watched Love and Other Drugs yesterday and there was a commercial for Acura. Not sure if I'm supposed to post this in movie trailers or not, but thought I'd try here first.
The song had a lot of instrumental in it, but the only line I knew of was "Hey love". I couldn't make out the other words, but it was more of a rock feel to it, and it was a commercial for a sedan.

Any ideas?

I can't find the video, but it starts off with speakers, I think. Then it goes on to show the sedan.

The name of the song is "Layla" (sounds like "Hey Love")by the band Derek and the Dominos (Eric Clapton and Duane Allman) and is the thirteenth track from their album "Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs".
