A&E Intervention

A&E keeps showing promos for their new show "Intervention". The music that accompanies it is great but I can't find anything on it. It's a male singer & starts off with:

They looked at me & said
what a good boy, what a smart boy

Then he sings it as:
And when you were born
they looked at you & say
what a good girl

There is a line about "wake up scared" & I *think* the closing line is:
Be with me tonight.

Anyone know the song I'm talking about?

Has anyone heard the ads for the new show on A&E its called Intervention, there are a couple songs i heard but the one im looking for sounded like Bare Naked Ladies... i cant remember the lyrics but the song talks about seeing ppl when they were kids... hope thats enough for someone who knows the song .... any help would be appreciated .... thanks

I am not sure anyone has seen this new show on A&E called intervention but the promo for the show (and I think the music is in the show too) has this really nice song. The promo is very simple it is just a black screen with white writting. The song is sort of a folky guitar thing ... anyone ?? anyone ??

Does anyone know about a song from the commercial for the A&E show 'Intervention'? One of the songs is by Bare Naked Ladies, I think it's called 'What a good boy', but there is another song that I think is different from that. On the commercial it is a solo fingerpicked guitar part. It sounds very delicate, almost dream like. Does anyone know what song this is? I am trying to get ahold of the BNL song to see if that is just a part of it, but the solo guitar part doesn't sound like them to me. Any ideas?

I don't usually watch the network so I don't know if this airs often, but its been playing ALL night for the new season thats starting. Its a very soft song with female vocals...

Nathan, I've spent hours trying to find the song as well!

Add: "..a broken heart is mending.."

Last season I found the (Intervention) title song ('5 Steps' by 'The Davenports'), lyrics & MP3 in about 5 minutes.... no such luck here!

Had to pull out my acoustic guitar for this one, got the parts on the promo down, but I want the whole song!!

Let me know if you find out & I'll do the same...

i understand there are two different commercials, but one was very general, the other was on a certain episode.

i am seeking the commercial that was very general, the song was mellow, and slow, and the lyrics i can remember from the song went-

"apologies fall short of a cure"... and also in the song there were the lyrics "Broken heart is mending"
