The two vehicles were about to crash but then it rewinds or something preventing the accident.The commercial has a beautiful piano soft tune to it. Help please

It's not available. Here is the official statement from Lexus:

"The music was created/produced at HUM Music specifically for these commercials. Studio/session musicians were utilized. Each music track has different composers. The music is not commercially available."

A Canadian version of the ad uses Debussy's Clair de Lune so you might want to use that as a substitute. It's a very popular classical piece s you can easily get it.

Unfortunately the US ad uses music custom-written for the commercial. BTW, Claude Debussy's Clair de Lune is such a popular piece that you can find it on many collections.
