The name of the song is actually "Pa' bailar" by Bajofondo featuring Ryota Komatzu, there is a different version feat. Julieta Venegas

That's the one, fifth track, the instrumental version. Sounds a fusion of tango and electronica.

Ah ha. Just checked the Wikipedia entry for Bajofondo and discovered that the well-regarded Gustavo Santaolalla is a principal band member. He composed most of the soundtrack for Amores Perros (2000) in addition to a number of other films.
