Walmart Commercial

Hi, I recently saw a wal-mart commercial that I couldn't find anything about with the search feature. I remember the commercial had a woman wearing a pink shirt while walking her dog. The lyrics "hey i'm feeling fine, hey the sun is shinin'" are what I remember. Any ideas who it might be?

Yea a google search is the first thing I do when I don't know a song but have some of the lyrics. The google search turned up nothing that I could find so I came here.
