Old mid 90s Volkswagon ad music

The commercial is about a guy that misses a wedding that involves the girl he loves. He gets held up by trains red lights etc. The music is an airy light female vocals not unlike Liz Frazier of the Cocteau twins, over some awesome cello music that is punctuated by a churchbell ringing. Its beautiful and I would love to know who did it! Thanx for any help!
