Just a guess, but u2 children of the revolution.. it's on the soundtrack and I know it was use for promoting the film

It definately wasn't U2. It just had a recording of some guy saying "ga ga ga" kinda fast. It was a techno type song. I recall it being in a Moulin Rouge trailer.
