Pretty upbeat song. It pauses when the dude gets out of the hearse and then starts back up with "Clap your hands everybody, everybody clap your hands". Can't find anything about it anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

I lied. It's a commercial for a Pioneer navigation system, not for the sound system. Don't know if that'll help any or not, but I just realized that.

Argh! This is killing me! I've seen the commercial two more times and can't find that song anywhere for the life of me.

Can anybody offer anything up? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have NOT seen the ad, so ...

Gonna take a guess though ...

I don't know if you watched this past season of American Idol or not ... but there was this groovy tune that was used for a couple of montages when they were narrowing down the contestant pool ...

It mentioned "clap your hands" in the lyrics ...

It was determined that the song was ...

The Meters [or The Funky Meters] - "Handclapping Song" (<-- original version)

and then there was a remake version of it, but I forget by whom ...

Perhaps this is the same song?

I dunno ...
Right or wrong ...
Enjoy!
There you go.
