I think the commercial is for amstel light. It shows a person in a workshop crafting the bottle by heating up the glass, rolling it on a table, swinging it from a pole, creating the unusual shape. The song is sung by a woman. The lyrics to the best of my recollection are:

I can feel a change a-comin', start anew, change, a change will do you good
