After the scene where the guy got mad that they so called took his money. Frank and Roy met up in an abandoned parking lot. Roy made Angela stay in the car and while she was listening to the radio i think a Beastie Boys song came on. I was wondering the name of that song.

IMDB doesn't list any songs by the Beastie Boys. It does, however, mention that two Kid Rock tracks were used, so check out both of those tracks listed here:

Also, I know IMDB doesn't say it, but a song from the Mastersource Music Catalog called "Shada Boxa" was also used in the film. This song:
