Looking For Alternate Versions

I am looking for Techno versions of the 80's song "Forever Young", I heard a remix of it in a club and am trying to find that version. I would appreciate any help.

Was it a female or male voice?

The original is by Alphaville and was most recently used in Napoleon Dynamite.
