Latin/salsa song, lots of whistling...

Was at son cubano on Saturday night, and heard this latin/salsa song... It was acoustic, and the most notable part was the whistling... I don't think there were many lyrics to the song, but I can't quite remember. Anybody know it?

Mystery solved! It's 'Love Generation' by Bob Sinclair, and I think the extended club mix of the song. So there actually are lyrics... guess I was a little drunker than I thought.
