Okay, so I was driving the other day when I heard this trippy song on the radio. It was on an alternative station. They said who the artist was by, but I was caught in the middle of something I needed to pay attention to, so I didn't think too heavily on the band.
oops. <_<
Anyway, here's the description.
It had a good solid beat to it. I remember when I first head it, the beat reminded me of something latin or salsa. There were distinctly horns in the backround (trumpet?), but it didn't quite sound like ska (it wasn't reggae enough to really be ska). But aside from the horns, the vocals were synthesized and periodic. So it wasn't a constant stream of vocals; something would be sung every...I dunno, 25 seconds or so.
And I THINK he said something about "music", but I can't be definite on that.
I'm hoping this is easily recognized by the synthesized vocals....
It was a really good song.
