Right, so I was trying to find the song, but I can't. I tries the song "Melissa", but that wasn't it. Can anyone help, please? It's the song the play at the beginning of each episode.

I've checked the first OST for the song, but it's not there, and I can't seem to find information on the second OST, so I come here for help.

There is a song that plays during the final episode (51) of Fullmetal Alchemist, so beware the spoilers!!! It plays twice, once when Roy passes out after fighting Pride, and again when Hoenheim is walking around Munich.

It is a sad, slow piece for the piano, very calm and relaxing. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and knows what it's called, please tell me.

It's called "Butou" ('Dance' in English) and it's available on the Fullmetal Alchemist OST 3

From the English episode (I dont know if the Eng episodes are named the same as the Jap originals) "The Other Side of the Gate". About 3/4 of the way through it there is a song playing in the background and Rose is dancing with Ed. It sounds like ballroom dancing music. Does anyone know the name of this song and which soundtrack album its on?

It's called 'Butou' and it's from the OST 3 .... I used to have a link ..... h34r:

Here we go - it will automatically start playing "Dante" from the 2nd OST but if you scroll down to number 16 you can listen to "Butou"

My cousin is dying to know what the name of the Full Metal Alchemist theme song is. He watches it on Cartoon Network all the time and he is totally obsessed with it. I tried looking it up myself, but I got too many different results. So, if anyone knows the name of the song (and the artist, if possible), I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.

k, i was a bit confused when I thought it was those bands b/c i wudnt expect them to be used in theme songs, especially Melissa.

K, i still need help with the ending theme song.
