Classical Pop Song From like 2002

Okay, so there was this song by a female pop artist that was pretty popular around like 2002 (that's like a total guess it could be way later or earlier than that). It was based off a famous classical music song (which I'm not cultured enough to know the name of) and the chorus went something like,

"I'm sorry, so sorry
I'm sorry, so sorry
*some other stuff*
I'm sorry, so sorry"

then kids started singing stuff that wasn't words for a couple seconds.
The girl then continued with a new a verse.

I also think i remember it having yellow album artwork.

I know that's the most vague description ever...but if anyone as any guess, it would be super helpful. Thank you soooooo much!
 
I know the original song was covered by Brenda Lee....

there is an I'm Sorry by Danii Minogue, but it is not really a cover....
