What clown, baffoon or idiot talks like a pirate?

Eventhough modern day South Asian and African pirates are as deadly or even more deadly than the earlier European versions, no one these days (outside of the movies) talks like a pirate.....except for a handfull of baffoons.

Get it together people and don't remain fixed on the past.
