i just wanted to know if it was from any film that anyone can think of. It sounds familiar so its not original to that song.

it plays only in the video at about the 5:40 mark when Will Smith throws his hat.

Did you mean 3:40? 'Cause there's no hat throwin' goin' on at 5:40.

And I think the music is simply orchestrated ambiant music created specifically for this over budgeted stink bomb.

That's just my guess though.
