Which movie is this?

I've been pondering what this movie is called since I recently been watching a movie called Spy Game.

The movie I want to know is where a bunch of new recruited people for either FBI, CIA, or the DEA sorry I can't remember which one in spacific. Put one of the new recruits through training via "kidnapping" him from his room and taking him in a room where they torture him for answers when in fact its the people who recruited him testing to see if he would end up talking.

Sorry but I can't remember any other details then that.
