What's the name of the artist and song, which plays during the West 49 commercial campaign "Coats for kids"?

The commercial I am inquiring about involves two young boys, one without a coat, walking along a sidewalk with skateboarders skating by. Eventually, a skateboarder pitches a winter coat to one of the kids who is walking with just a t-shirt on, looking sad, during a cold day.

I am wondering the source of the music in the background. It is some sort of instrumental acoustic guitar riff with arpegios. I like it a lot and am wondering who played it.
