VH1 Awesomley Bad Fashion Superstars

The song I'm looking for is techno/electronica. It's sounds like it was made on a commodore computer, or early 80's keyboard. There's one malekinda high pitched voice, that says something like "Why did we have to stay...". It's a very light, upbeat song. I've heard it on one of the VH1 All Access (either Awesomely Bad or Fashion Superstars.) I've also heard it on the radio but the station (Party 92.7 in the Bay Area, CA) I heard it on often plays really rare techno/electronica music and they don't have DJ's so you nevr know the song....

Anyways, can someone help???!!!
