Vanguard Group has a new commercial out that has very familiar sounding music but I can't place the song/artist. Anyone out there know what it is?

Can you describe the song? Any lyrics? Male/female vocals? Genre?

No lyrics, just instrumental. Something leads me to believe it's late 80's early 90's Rock 'n Roll but that's as close as I can get.
