The ad shows teenage "identical twins" doing various things, but it turns out, the twins were actually single people split in two ... at the end, they converge into the same body and are shown eating these Totino's Mega Pizza Rolls ...
The gist is ... sometimes teens are so hungry, it's like there's two of them ...

To me, it sounded like a punky pop-rock tune, guy singing ...
Lyrics kinda go (I barely caught any) ...
I am I
You are you
We are two ...

Anybody have any ideas?
