Does anyone know the rock-esque song that is played in the background of the TNT Law and Order marathon promos that are currently being run?

If it's the one that mentions Pavlovs Dog at the start I can't really hear it well enough.

There are a few songs they play. One is by Seal, and the other is Maroon 5, I believe. Not sure of song titles.
