Tim Hortons

I really hope there's other people out there that've seen this ad, I'm guessing that its limited to canada, and its a commercial for Tim Hortons. The commercial follows two cars as they cross Canada, only stopping at "Tim's" on the way. There's a unbelievably catchy folk/rock/country track playing in the background, and I've never caught enough of the lyrics to even try a letssingit.com search. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated.

This ad is no longer on, I'm hoping someone else from Canada has seen this, possibly knowing what the music was. Please, anyone, help. This was SO catchy.
