Any info on who sings the theme song for the NBC reality series "The Restaurant"?

Can't find any information on the song at all. It might be listed in the credits at the end of the show, I'm not sure. Next time I see it I'll check if it says anything.

The end credits say the following:

Main title theme & additional music by:
Meg Ruggiero, Michael "Smidi" Smith, Graham Ward

From what I've read online, it seems the song was done just for the show, since it's kind of about Rocco's actual restaurant.
