It sounds like The Phantom of the Opera Overture, but I wouldn't swear to it. I know that it's music from the play.

It sounds like the overture that is on the Broadway soundtrack of Phantom.

Where can I find the music used in this TV spot for The Phantom of the Opera?

It sounds like an instrumental version of "Angel of Music," but this particular piece was nowhere to be found on the film's soundtrack.
Ah, it was nowhere to be found on the soundtrack as its own track, but it is on the soundtrack!

It's simply an instrumental part on the "Down Once More-Track Down This Murderer" track, about 8 mins, 33 seconds into it. It lasts about 30 seconds, perfect for a TV spot.

I was watching tv and i saw a Pay-Per-View commercial showing The Phantom of the Opera. For anyone that has seen it, I'm wondering what that song is called? Thankyou very much.

Can you describe the song? Any lyrics? Male/female vocals? Genre?

Um, it had no vocals at all, it was an orchestrated piece. I guess it was could be classified as orchestra/opera/classical.
