I've been listening to techno/beats/dance/trance and whatever.. songs like omnibus, sandstorm, satisfaction.. those kind I like... anyone able to tell me good song names/artists that you would recommend for this kind of music?

Ok omnibus is like old euro dance, sandstorm is old trance/rave/cheese and satisfaction is newer but still old dirty/electro/house. So... its kinda tough to recommend music to you since all these songs are in very different genres and are all really old.

Everyone always forgets thee best artists of this genre.

Chemical Brothers

push the button ftw!

Yeah, not really. Chemical Brothers are good dont get me wrong but they definitely aren't the best electronic act. They are just more popular because they somehow got positive exposure here in the states.

Yeah, they're definitely not the best. How ignorant are you? Did they not teach you this in grade school? ;)

I dunno... I kinda like Brian Transeau, he's fairly flexible (I really like his songs Somnambulist and 1.618, but most of his music is amazing)

Really useful guide with samples of music (Ishkur's guide to electronic music)

I might post again w/ clips that I think you might enjoy...
DAMNIT SOMEONE BEAT ME TO THIS LINK!

Oh capnmunch how couldn't I agree with you anymore.

Scorpion-X I hope you don't think that just because their song was in a Budweiser commercial makes them the best.
Plus, if you wanna get all technical about this, the Chemical Brothers aren't anywhere NEAR the Top 100 on the list of the best DJs in the world. Get your facts right holmes.
