Static Titles over Video Commercial

I know this is a common technique, but there's a new commericial that uses big fonts that mostly cover the video behind it,
and use one or two words at a time, non-animated text.

Sorry for the lack of info, but I'd really appreciate any help. It's driving me nuts!

Do you remember anything else about the ad? When/where did you see it? Any ideas what it was advertising? Style of music? Male or female singer?

Primetime, during sitcoms, currently running. Bouncy indie music feel, with a collage of lots of different video b-roll.

I was thinking maybe it was a car ad, but I'm really not sure at all. Sorry to be so vague.
