Song played in lots of VH1 Shows

Ok so there is this techno/dance song that is played in the background in a lot of those VH1 celebrity shows- its has a very synthized beat... it almost sounds like a person.. its a very chill song... they played in the background on that one red carpet show when they were talking about celebrites who tanned too much.... please please help i hear bits of this song all the time
