Song in Nissan Commercial

There is a Nissan commerical and it has a car in it and it is the one that the traffic camera is following the car and keeps taking pictures of it. I was wondering does anyone know what the background music is. I always get it stuck in my head when I hear it. I also know that MTV plays it A LOT in their shows for background music. If you could help I would appreciate it. Thanks
