Song from years ago

Probably about 15 years ago in mauritius I heard a hindi song which I still remember a bit of and would like to hear again. Some lyricis go as follows, but I am spelling everything as i remember it sounding because I don't know the language:

"howa howa, key howa but ardey"

Anyone recognise it or know of a more appropriate forum to post in.

It was an upbeat song, probably from a hindi film. Not really dance.
