Song from weird public-access show

OK, here's a song I've been looking for for years, but the only lyric I could remember was "Ooh, wah," so, lyric hunting was impossible, and I couldn't really describe the song to anyone.

Anyway, I was browsing randomly and just happened to stumble across a video that has the song in it. I'm sure that someone will recognize it.
