Song About Wearing Red Dress/Sneakers

I heard the song in a store, and stupidly didn't think to ask anyone who works there what the song was called (this was a music store).

Modern sounding, male vocalist, the lyrics were about his girl wearing a red dress and looking good in it, and then a later verse had similar (the same?) lyrics, but substituted "sneakers" for "red dress".

It is NOT "High-Heel Sneakers" and I've tried googling it to no avail.

Try:

"Hi-Heeled Sneakers" which has been recorded by over 200 artists. Lyrics have been changed in a lot of these versions too as i've noticed you say it's not Hi-Heeled Sneakers but it could be one of the changed lyric versions.
