What do you want to do? Upload?

If you know the address to the server and you have a login name and password you can do it in Internet Explorer by typing in the address but replace http:// with ftp://. Then it should go to a blank page. Go to file>login as. Login. Then just drag and drop your files into that window in the appropriate files.

There are also programs made for File Transfer Protocal (FTP). I recommend WS FTP or Flash FXP. I find using IE to be the most simple though.
