This is a tough one. Chapter 13 on Side B of the "Sleepers" DVD. It's when two guys are playing handball. Sounds old. The woman has a seductive voice. Upbeat music
The lyrics I could make out were:

in the movie sleeprs with robert deniro. there is a song when the 2 guys are in the bar and they see kevin bacon. then one of them goes in to the bathroom to wash his face and that is when the song is realy loud. anybody know the song? it sound like it is in galic or somthing.

ok actually it's probably witchi tai to by harpers bizarre. i listened to it on rhapsody and it sounded weird ( like the gaelic thing you referenced)
