Hi, ok its not the "just call my name, and i'll be there" and its not a backstreet boys song. its kinda old, a guy sings it, and the "i'll" is a long "i'll" like "iiiiiiiiiiiiii'l be there"
The commercial itself is a woman and child at a counter, and its basically the pharmacist and the woman saying lyrics of the song to each other (to show how helpful shopper's drugmart is)
