Please ID this song? It sounds really slick and poppy, so I'm sure it's all over the place, but I'm largely out of the loop on modern pop. Male vocals, doing falsetto in the chorus. Soft pop-rock kind of sound.

The lyrics I could pick out, if I heard them right:
