So I've always liked this song by the techno/rave artist Scooter. He tends to sample a ton of (or cover) artists such as Billy Idol or Supertramp.

For instance he did a song called The Logical Song, sampling Supertramp's song of the same name. In Nessaja the song opens with his typical "sped-up" and higher pitch sounding sample of the following:

"Always lived my life alone
Been searching for a place called home
I know that I've been cold as ice
Ignored the dreams too many lies
Somewhere deep inside somewhere deep inside me
I found, the child I used to be
And I know that it's not too late
Never too late..."

I've searched high and low and all references seem to come back to his own song. Anyone have any idea if he did indeed sample this from another song?

Hi PetiePal,

The song might be "Three Strange Days (Cramshaft Mix)" -by- School of Fish
