According to this Reddit post, the song in the Ryze Coffee commercial was made specifically for the ad by Sound Lounge:

The Ryze's "One Small Change" commercial spot song's backing rhythm, which is repeated throughout the duration of the song, is sampled from the the song Dr. Greenthumb by Cypress Hill who in turn sampled it from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" cover by The 50 Guitars of Tommy Garrett .

The Ryze commercial is using a mix from Justin Kooy, a Partner + Mixer at Sound Lounge, with a mystery singer and backing vocals with its own lyrics. I hope there is a full version of said song.
