Its the commercial with the guy in the office and he's stressed and he eats a Riesen and then a song comes on and it sounds like Frank Sinatra and the lyrics go

"Make the world go away, and get it off my shoulder ... and they all go away" thnxxx

I haven't seen the commercial but the song "Make the World Go Away" has been done by a lot of people including Jim Reeves, Eddie Arnold and Elvis.
