I know this one.

In the game there is a sound test viewed as discs. The Red and Blue discs are new music composed for the PSP Ridge Racer game. The Remix disc contains remixes and two Classic discs contain older Ridge Racer themes.

This song new for the psp Ridge Racer. Its Disco Ball by H. OKUBO. There's a psp rip site in which a couple of the tracks can be downloaded.
