And the total crap of it is that I WANT to go back to a less nocturnal schedule, but I'm havin a hell of a time retraining myself.

Why don't you just start waking up and going to bed later? Everyday, an hour later. Maybe it'll fix itself that way.

That's what I mean, I've been tryin to do that. So I go to bed at like 7 instead of 9 and just lay there for 2 hours.. set my alarm for 4 instead of 6 and sleep right through it..

Ahh.. yeah I was actually thinking about that last night.. "I wonder if I can just make it through the day?" I wound up layin down at almost noon and I got up at 5:30, so let's see how that turns out.
