I saw this on MTV a while back, but can't remember what band and the song name was

Genre: Punk
Video Description: Rather than using the allotted amount of money to film a legit music video, they buy a camcorder and film a music video of them blowing their music video budget money on stupid stuff. Example: Driving around and letting the money fly out the window along the street.

I hope this is descriptive enough.... I'm thinking its Sum 41, Green Day, or Blink 182. but have had no luck finding the music vid.
