This may sound really stupid, but i just joined, and i was wondering how you get the pictures on the side of your account names? Thanks a lot!

Go to My Controls.
Under Personal Profile, click "Edit Avatar Settings"
You can either choose a picture from the Adtunes library or enter the url of your own.
