The song is kinda techno/ambient.... It's from a PBS commercial with flashes of things like a baby swimming in the water.. fireworks... machines... etc. At the end it shows the text NOVA as their sponsor.... if you can tell me what it is that would be GREAT!!

(hint: The sound excels up as it goes then back down and over and over)
