I'm fairly certain this is an actual song, and it may have come out in the mid 90s, but I'm not sure. It's for Pantene Pro-V shampoo, some sort of relaxing shampoo, and the song in the background is all male voices. The backing vocals go, 'Loving it, loving it, loving it,' and the only lyrics I can make out from the main vocalist are something about a lovely day.

Lyrics searches have proven fruitless. Anyone know? I'd really appreciate it.
