Original version of "Keep on Movin..."

There's a song out there that goes like, "nothing's gonna slow me down. Oh, no. I got to keep on movin". It's catchy but I can't find the original artist. It sounds like Men at Work or Pet Shop Boys or some group like that but I can't find it anywhere on amazon and lyric search engines are bogus.
