older Mercedes-Benz (Noah's Ark)

There was a really cool Mercedes Benz commercial that aired I believe sometime either in 2000 or 2001. It was for the E class and had a bunch of people loading up a modern day Noah' ark with various precious items. Anyone know if the background music is an actual song or is it just original music made for the commercial?
