Are you specifically looking for the version used in the commercial, or do you want to know what song it's based on? If it's the latter, you're looking for "Super Freak" by Rick James, biiiatch! 
I was also able to find Old Navy's ad agency, but there don't seem to be any links to the commercial yet. The one posted on their site is with the "denim molecules" that has the kid going psycho about mowing the lawn.
