Old blues song

I had this song in a cassette tape in the late 80's... It's a blues song,
It's just one guy with a guitar:

The song begins like this, with the guy almost yelling: (*** where i can't remember the words)

"Mama's in the backyard *** ...."
"papa's in the courtyard *** ** ***"
.....
....
(then)
......
.....
"how lonesome the blues are..."
....
"I'm coming to my hometown!"
"I'm coming to my hometown!"
"I'm coming to my hometown!"

May be the song is called "coming to my hometown", but i'm not sure....
